A number of customers are sending payments to us everyday through bank deposit. We do not have means of validating who deposited the payment and for which account that payment is intended. For this reason, proof of payment such as deposit slip, remittance slip or transaction copy has to be kept till the transaction completes.

We will never ask you to deposit cash, do online transfer, deposit cash at ATM machine, remit remittance to other bank and different bank account number other than what was publish here.

If you make an online booking without paying the rental amount or a reservation fee, your booking will be process as a quote. Please make a formal payment to secure your bookings. If you need assistance on booking and payments, you may contact our customer service.

If you pay cash on the spot by using "notes" as mode of payment, please get an official receipt from us. We do not collect rental payment till the car is delivered to you. Please do not pass any person cash till you collect the car from JUZZR CAR RENTAL.
